Welcome
Welcome to my collection of Paintings.  As you look at the various works you will see that I paint in a realist style with lots of attention to detail, particularly in my Portraits. I hope you gain as much enjoyment from looking at them as I did creating them.
All my works shown are for sale and I am more than happy to receive any enquiry regarding purchase of any works or commissioning my services for a particular subject.

Kate Ceberano This portrait of Kate, captured in her home in Melbourne with her pet pooch was a selected Finalist in the Archibald Prize 2010. Painted in oil on Belgian Linen the work measures 196cm x 143cm

ARTIST STATEMENT

“As an Artist I find the human face the most interesting subject to paint. In all my portrait works to date I have attempted to capture that one moment in time, using my favourite medium, Oil Paints paying great attention to the detail.  I bring a level of realism to my works that I hope will make the viewer look longer at the subject, the colours used and the brush strokes and thus provide their own narrative.

I am continually experimenting with different techniques and subject matter in each work I undertake and to this end I feel my work will continue to evolve and develop as I progress on this long journey I have committed myself to.”
